As your year winds down - I mean there are only three days left (and that means there are only roughly (97 days until next year) - it’s important to reflect on last year and how we can improve.  Here is an interesting article with some suggestions on how to do just that: Transformation Begins WIth Your Reflection: How Was Your Year?

I particularly like how this author asks us to think about framing our reflection as a story.  What was your story from last year?

That story may well end up being my very first teaching tip for next year!
