Here is a very interesting read from one of my favorite bloggers (Life of an Educator) - 10 Pieces of Advice for new Teachers.
Here are the ten pieces of advice -
8. Be aware and be on the look out for ‘that’ group of teachers.
Find your tribe.
There are some folks (and this is true for any place of work) that are about tearing others down, not building them up.
Work hard to find other teachers who build you up, support you, are honest with you, and strive to make you a better teacher.
