One of my favorite things about summer "vacation" is I get a chance to play around with all the apps and sites and tools I've bookmarked over the school year.
One such tool is Popcorn Maker. This site allows you to embed a video and then edit it and add in text or Tweets or images. This basically allows you to create your own "Pop Up Video" (if you're old enough to remember what those were).
