3 Benefits Gen Y wants besides money

Since I am fascinated by youth culture - and why wouldn't I be?  I'm constantly battling it and adapting to it and teaching it.

I found this article interesting.

For those who aren't going to read the article, here are the values --

1. The freedom to create VALUE
2. The feeling of being VALUED
3. The fulfillment of doing work that aligns with our VALUES.

Now, how do we allow students to experience these in our classes?

But I don't know that this is any different than my generation.  Whenever a class met all three of these, I always learned the most and put my best effort into it.
