Would There Be an Audience For This?

Last evening Kristie was telling me about two disturbing stories she heard on the radio as she drove home.    Here is one of the stories (if you wish to be disturbed) and here is the other (if you wish to be disturbed even further).  These come on top of these horrific stories I recently read about: Sad and out right horrific.

This got me to thinking, why don't we even hear any really good or positive news?  What would a news channel look like that offered nothing but encouraging, positive, and hopeful stories?  Would anyone watch it or would they skip it for CNN, TMZ, or FoxNews?

So here are my contributions to this experiment; here are the positives from today.

A boy wins a trip to Disney and gives it to the family of fallen soldier

Ten Year Deaf Girl Cries When She Hears Herself for the First Time

After searching some more, there is hope, the Huffington Post offers a Positive News Section!
