Another favorite

James Burke is awesome.

Here he explains his "Knowledge Web."

I had a student read his book for our Sticky-Note Book Report. She wrote her paper as a 'knowledge web' where she took a subject and illustrated how it was connected to several other - apparently random - items. However, the paper illustrated that while the items seemed random, they really were all interconnected. Without those connections, who knows if we'd even know anything about those items - or if they would even exist at all.

Now, I'm going to base a theme off of her paper for my next College Comp II class. Can't wait.
