The Week(s) from Hell

Another sign of spring? There is so much to do.

Grades were due yesterday. That meant a Herculean effort to read and assess 33 braided essays from my College Comp II class on Monday. Yes, it's my fault for not getting to them sooner, but after reading every draft of the three separate essays that went into the final product, I needed a break.

I finished the last few braided essays that I couldn't convert on my school computer when students emailed me them and the few that were buried under my desk (or 'lost') you might say.

Then with the help of my aide I finished and chronicled all of my Lit and Lang 11 Edgar Allan Poe final tests.

I had my grades uploaded and comments for one class finished by 3. That's as good as it was going to get.

But as soon as 3:15 rolled around, I had a building leadership team meeting.

Today brings common prep second block and another meeting after school. We should also schedule a department meeting to go over some feedback from our last staff meeting.

The following week brings MCA testing. The week after that brings another BLT meeting and our morning PLC meeting.

Yep, spring is here. Can I keep up?
