Difficult week

Kenzers and I are going to have a rough week . . . Kristie is gone to Fargo to get her license to sell insurance. It's an intensive week long class culminating in a three hour exam.

What are we to do?

Luckily, Gail, Kristie's mother, has come to our rescue. She is looking after Kenzie, which saves us a week of daycare. Plus, it's good for Kenzie since she has not seen a lot of Gail in awhile.

It's good for me too since I have football until right around 6 (or later) each night.

KoKo is all caught up in the homecoming festivities, so she is moving at a million miles an hour and has not slowed down much to notice the changes.

How nice it will be to get Kristie back! This house seems too quite without her zaniness . . . and it seems messy without her diligent cleaning.

Looks like I'm just going to have to pick up the slack. Or at least not let the slack get too bad.

Plus, Kenzie's birthday is Wednesday and Kristie will be out of town for it.

Thought we're planning either a trip to Fargo or to meet her halfway in GF.

We'll just have to soak up as much of her as we can until Saturday.
