Now that this whole issue has grown far larger than just two pages from Kaffir Boy with angry parents hitting businesses with illegally copied copies of the scene (taken totally out of context), with teachers being slandered on the radio, with ignorance, racism, stupidity, intolerance, and homo phobia raging, with zero information being distributed to the staff by our leaders, with zero leadership shown, with zero direction, with my entire curriculum now under my own scrutiny and doubt, this is the first time that I will pull into town and entire my school and my classroom with a sense of shame.
You should be proud of yourselves.
