Way #1 – Remember, interesting things are emotional.  

Remember what it feels like when you watch an interesting or captivating movie?  How you get caught up in the film and everything around you fades?  How you pulse quickens during a suspenseful scene?  How you squirm in your seat when the bad guy appears?  How you jump in your seat at a jump scare?
