Over communicate.

If you are like me at all . . . you struggle with delivering clarity and directions to your students.

So I’ve adopted this motto – over communicate.  I repeat the same mantra over and over and over, so much so that my students should be able to not only repeat them but they should also be able to mock me and my mannerism.

In fact, if they roll their eyes when I start talking about our core values or my passion for students finding their passions . . . then I know I’ve said it almost enough.  Almost.
