Elmore notes some of the key characteristics of this
generation. And I love them.
This generation is confident. Some may say this generation is far too confident. But as Elmore notes, I’d rather have my
students suffer from over confidence than having no confidence. I find it easier to knock down than build up.
If anything I think this generation is too confident for the
world we left them to inheret.
