This will restore your faith in humanity
This doctor is the very definition of a linchpin. There is no question he is living in his element and thriving. The last 45 seconds of this video is really what finding your element is all about: it's not about money or fame or success. It's about doing what you love for a living. It's about being who you truly are meant to be.

I think that it's also worth noting that the doctor speaks the language of his patients -- in this case, Spanish. Communication then becomes less of a "passion," and more of a necessity.
