With my presentation to the school board tomorrow night and then my two classes later this week, I've been doing a lot of research and here are some of the more interesting things I'm reading this morning.
The Top Ten Videos from the past year for educators. I like the Dwight Schrute and Alfie Kohn one the best. Here is the second addition to the top education videos. The John Dewey one is my favorite. I'm embedding it below. Because I think we might just be headed back to the old one school room and one teacher format where kids memorize skills that can be easily tested on cheap bubble tests.

And to be fair, here is the other side of an argument near and dear to my heart: Twitter and Blogging. While I won't go so far as to say all teachers should Tweet or Blog, for me, both have been vital.
