This father handles the sudden change in song better than I ever could.
And this is Cole, a four year old boy who is terminally ill and whose parents have made him a bucket list.
And this is Cole's story (scroll down to see a video).
And yet, there are parents who would do this (I know it began as a joke, but who thinks of putting their child in an industrial sized washing machine and turning it on . . . and having it lock and begin to fill with water. Luckily, the parents were able to get the laundromat manager to get the machine open and save their son's life.
What is worse is that while searching for the above story, I saw another story on how a father in England punished his son by putting him in a home washing machine and leaving it running. By the time the mother got home and got her son out, she held him for his last few minutes of life before he died.
Now what would the two parents - who jokingly put their son in a washing machine in the laundromat possibly say to the parents of Cole, who are trying to treasure every second they have with their son?
Kind of puts things in perspective. Nothing is trivial. Treasure every second.
