Way to Stand up for your Teacher, Kid!

A silent holocaust. That's an interesting way to put it.

There is a delicate balancing act going on here. The teacher defended above was suspended for kicking kids out of his class for wearing confederate flag belt buckles during a tolerance week. The kids argued that it isn't any different than the other kids wearing purple to support gays.

What is free speech and what isn't?

I don't know what the answer is. But hate sure isn't it. And there's too much of that in the name of the confederate flag (especially in a town known for its KKK affiliation).

Be tolerant and empathetic. If you do that, how can you hate?
