Why is it - as millions of gallons of oil spurt into the Gulf of Mexico - that every time explorers find a place unsoiled by humans, they find something amazing?
Imagine, a beaver dam visible from space?
Why do humans - like viruses (sorry, I'm stealing this from The Matrix) - just take over any place they dwell and multiply until they choke out all the natural resources and either day or move on?
It's great to know that there are parts of Mother Earth left unspoiled by humans. Let's hope the logging companies don't try to move in.
