Money and incentives do not necessarily lead to greater production and satisfaction.
And we wonder why our best and brightest kids don't give a damn about some cheap, fill in the bubble standardized tests. Or why we won't teach to them. Or if why if I have to (thank you nation wide standards), I'll teach the standards, but I'll teach around the tests!
