I swear I could write a weekly column based on this topic.
Example number one -
I pull into Hugo's and find a relatively close spot. As I walk in, I notice a couple getting out and heading for the entrance. Then I notice that they are parked on the yellow slanted section that clearly means NO PARKING. Then I notice both of them puffing away like mad on their cigarettes before entering the grocery store. Two strikes against them. Then I see the clincher. In between puffs they are attaching a baby seat to their cart. How'd I know it?
