It is quite good. It rehashes a lot of what he covers in the more recent "The Element." This one book is more research based though.
The crux of the text is that people fail to reach their full potential (or even realize what their full potential is) because they never get a chance to explore their creative sides thanks to our education system which still functions with the premise of a society that is dominated by the industrial revolution.

It's well worth the read, though.
